Established in 2012 by a group of ex-big 4 CPAs and internal audit experts with over 20 years in the industry. We have a variety of experience in various industries, including financial services, banking, insurance, government, and not for profit to name a few. We have helped many companies supplement their existing staffing, create new internal audit functions within their growing business, identify cost savings and leakage in their current control environment, remediate control weaknesses that led to regulatory intervention, provide consulting on improvements to existing audit departments, modernize outdated audit practices, implement the new IIA standards, perform external QAR reviews, and serve as interim Chief Audit Officers where needed.
